We make tables with SQUARE or TAPERED legs, and some even with CUSTOM TURNED legs. In our galleries you’ll see thin tops from 3/4” to 1” fir planks 10” to 12” wide, while others come with 1.5” to 2” thick fir planks, that are found 5” to 10”wide. We even have a few painted tops for those French Country lovers out there!
None of the tables we make are perfect – you know, old wood = old table. And that makes them PERFECTLY BEAUTIFUL!
I contract Poest’s, wood worker extraordinaire, for all my turned legs or pedestals. He is a great northwest wood rounder/carpenter, and provides a product I trust will be quality made and custom fit to my table concepts. I like to have him make different variations of a traditional 5” farm-style leg, which he has the artistic license to make to his design preferences, using my woods. However, he is able to turn most requested patterns and specifications.
